Myrtle Street, Stockton, CA 95205 ("Consultant-), Client engages Cons 10" tant to provide Professional services ("SM-&es')in connection with the following project('Piroject"). Consultant shall perform the following Services: Site Reconnaissance Update as described in our Proposal 02001PROP.ENV / ST02PO 5 / ST02C078, dated June 28,2002. _ I Client agrees that services not specifically described above are not included in the Scope of Services providGdlby Consultant Services provided under this Agreement,including all reports,information,recommendations, or opinions)pared or issued by Consultant, are fbr the exclusive use and benect of Client in connection with the project, are not intersI oto inform, guide or otherwise influence any other entities or persons with ruspcct to any particular businala umuGaclions, and should not be rel led upon by any entities or persons othCr than Client fur any purpose. Client will not distribute or convey tach reports,information, recommendations,or oas to an other persons or entities without Consultant's for written cousrnt. COMPENSAT70N.
