CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> VAN EXEL DAIRY/BAUMBACH & PIAZZA <br /> PA-1300158 <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-1300158 was approved by the Community Development <br /> Department on October 18, 2013,which is the effective date of approval. This approval will expire on <br /> April 19, 2015, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line <br /> Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has been filed, if required by the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1) COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: (Contact Staff: Rick Griffin, [209]468-3154) <br /> a) APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment between two parcels as shown on the site <br /> plan dated September 6, 2013. <br /> b) NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment' shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant properties <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> 2) DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: (Staff contact, Alex Chetley (209) 468-3000; see memo dated <br /> September 17, 2013) <br /> Information Only <br /> APN's 011-140-17, 18, and 19 are under Williamson Act Contract No. WA-72-C1-508. APN 011-140-20 is <br /> under Farmland Security Contract No. FA-99-0115. The proposed application is consistent with Government <br /> Code Section 51250. <br />
