L
September 25, 2006
NOA Project Number: E06102B
✓6.7 Discussion of Percolation Test Results
The soils within the sewage disposal areas have demonstrated a satisfactory percolation rate in
accordance with the requirements of the EHD for the use of a standard septic system.
/6.8 Discussion of Septic System Sizing
Septic System Construction should follow the San Joaquin County On-Site Wastewater Disposal
Standards where applicable.
A0 CONCLUSIONS
In summary,a satisfactory percolation rate of the soil was achieved in the proposed septic disposal
area for each parcel on the subject property. The soils of the site appear to be suitable for the use of
a standard septic system using shallow leach lines or a filter bed.
No ground water was encountered in any of the borings drilled on the property. No water wells
exist on site;no water sample was taken or analyzed.
V 8.0 LIMITATIONS
The conclusions of this report are based on the information provided regarding the existing and
proposed development, the use of the subject property, and the site conditions as they existed at the
- time we excavated our test holes and performed the percolation tests. It was assumed that the test
holes and percolation test results are representative of the subsurface conditions in the general area.
Our professional services were performed, our findings obtained, and our conclusions proposed in
accordance with generally accepted engineering principles and practices. This warranty is in lieu of
all other warranties either expressed or implied.
