The first step will be to bring the site into
compliance with the Conditions of Approval, which require an
additional access and building improvements to the existing wooden
structure used as a tire shop.
At the same time, we will proceed with conceptual drawings as to
what might be developed at the site. These plans will eventually
become part of the application for a new Site Improvement Plan.
The new Site Improvement Plans will include the proposed sewer
treatment plan and facilities for the site.
We estimate a time frame of 180 days to provide you with the sewer
treatment plans for review.
Sincerely,
THORNTON TRAVEL PLA A; C.
Carl R.
