The first step will be to bring the site into <br /> compliance with the Conditions of Approval, which require an <br /> additional access and building improvements to the existing wooden <br /> structure used as a tire shop. <br /> At the same time, we will proceed with conceptual drawings as to <br /> what might be developed at the site.
