Environmental Health Department requires connection to an approved public water supply <br /> system (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1120.2). On an interim basis,the <br /> water system may be privately operated,but it must be designed and constructed for <br /> conversion to a public system and be operated by State-licensed personnel on the site. The <br /> test well will be required to meet the following conditions: <br /> (1) Water quality shall be tested to meet requirements of Title 22, California Code of <br /> Regulations, Safe Drinking Water Act. <br /> (2) Water quantity shall be tested to show an adequate source. <br /> (3) Results shall be approved by the Environmental Health Department and the Department <br /> of Public Works prior to final approval of improvement plans. <br /> (4) The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to <br /> assure delivery of pure, wholesome,and potable drinking water in accordance with San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and—91115.9 and C.C.R.,Title <br /> 22, and Health and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570. <br /> NOTE: Applicant proposes connecting to CSA 12. Environmental Health Department is not <br /> aware that capacity exists within that water system. <br /> E. Destroy the abandoned well(s)under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Department as required (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.5(e)). <br /> F. Submission of three (3) sets of food facility plans to the Environmental Health Department <br /> for review and approval prior to issuance of building permit(s) (California Health and Safety <br /> Code, Section 113915). <br /> G. Submission of four(4) sets of detailed underground storage tank plans to the Environmental <br /> Health Department for review and approval prior to beginning construction. <br /> H. If floor drains are required,they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and discharged <br /> to an above ground system approved by the Environmental Health Department. A registered <br /> engineer must design this system. The material collected in the above ground holding system <br /> must be analyzed for hazardous constituents prior to disposal. Specific test requirements may <br /> be obtained from the Environmental Health Department. A$178.00 plan check fee is <br /> required at the time of submittal. <br /> I. If hazardous material is stored on site, applicant must register with County Office of <br /> Emergency Services. <br />
