The applicant shall submit to the Environmental Health Department a revised site plan showing the maximum number of employees and customers the Phase II sewage disposal system is being designed for. In addition, show on the revised site plan that the leach field will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as storage area. The leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only, and cannot contain any under ground utility lines (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 901110.4(c)(5)). In addition, the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100% designed sewage disposal replacement area for Phases I and 11. NOTE: The site map dated June 5, 2002, that was submitted with the application does not depict what exists to date. Specifically, the proposed sewage disposal field as depicted for Phase 11 would encroach on the drainage ponds that have been installed for Phase I_ In addition, the proposed Phase 11 food facility drive-through depicts the drive-way being installed directly over a portion of the proposed Phase Il sewage disposal field. The Environmental Health Department cannot support an onsite sewage disposal system for the proposed Phase II addition at this time.
