BUILDING CODE REQUIREMENTS: The following Uniform Building Code and San <br /> Joaquin County Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the <br /> construction plans before submittal to the Building Inspection Division: <br /> (1) A grading plan shall be submitted by the applicant, and it shall be approved and a <br /> grading permit issued by the Building Inspection Division prior to performing any <br /> excavation or filling of earth material. <br /> (2) The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> A. Provide parking for the physically disabled. The space(s) shall be located as close <br /> as possible to the primary entrance (C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> B. Provide identification signs for the parking space(s), including the "tow away"sign at <br /> each entrance or visible from each space (C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> C. The slope of a parking space shall not exceed 1/4 inch per foot (C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> D. Provide one van parking space. <br /> (3) Provide restrooms conforming with to all disabled access requirements (C.C.R., Title <br /> 24) (Uniform Plumbing Code, Table 4-1). <br /> I. UNIFORM FIRE CODE: The following Uniform Fire Code and San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the <br /> construction plans before submittal to the Community Development Department for a <br /> building permit: <br /> (1) Fire flow and hydrants will be provided for the proposed project by the use of: <br /> A.
