fid. <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-0800358 <br /> Masdonati <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-0800358 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> I Community Development Department on January 14, 2009,which is the effective date of approval. <br /> k <br /> Unless otherwise specified,all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on July 16, 2010, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has been filed, if <br /> required by the Land Surveyor's Act. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Eva Page, 209-953-7854) <br /> a. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment between two parcels as shown on the site <br /> F plan dated November 25, 2008. <br /> I <br /> b.
