Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> 1 ' modified. <br /> A. On Parcel #1, applicant must complete one of the following: <br /> Destroy the abandoned well(s) under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division is required. (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.5(e)). <br /> - OR - <br /> r; <br /> • The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division <br /> (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.4(e)) as follows: <br /> (a) Install sanitary seal. <br /> (b) Install cement surface seal around well casing to sufficiently protect well casing the <br /> integrity of well grout. <br /> (c) Obtain an Out-df-Service Permit. <br /> B. For Parcel #1 and parcel #2, refuse, garbage, and other solid waste material must be stored, <br /> removed and transported to an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code, Section 5-2400. <br /> C. If hazardous material is stored on parcel #1 or#2, applicant must register with County Office <br /> of Emergency Services. <br /> D.
