CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-01-80 <br /> Bender <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. LA-01-80 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department on December4,2001,which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified,all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on June 5, 2003, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County Surveyor. <br /> 1. APPROVAL: The Lot Line Adjustment recorded shall substantially conform to the Tentative Map <br /> dated October 19,2001. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment"shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be <br /> exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> i Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared,stamped,and signed by a <br /> l Registered Civil Engineer;qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> j Surveyors'Act,or a Licensed Land Surveyor.(DevelopmentTitle Section 9-872.4) <br /> c. NON-BUILDABLE PARCEL: Parcel 1 is non-buildable until a Private Right-of-Way application is <br /> k; applied for and granted by the Community Development Department.
