We appreciate <br /> the opportunity express our support for application PA-1400111, site approval application to <br /> utilize part of an existing vinegar processing facility as a small winery with no proposed <br /> marketing events. <br /> We are pleased to see the continued growth of the renowned wine industry in San Joaquin <br /> County that has brought much attention to a product that so readily showcases our incredible <br /> agricultural products. Projects such as the one proposed that have a long term plan for expansion <br /> and growth will continue to stimulate the economy for decades to come. This application <br /> exemplifies the broadly supported idea of"winery first"by including the crush pad and space for <br /> wine production in the first phase. <br /> We encourage the Community Development Department Staff and the Planning Commission, if <br /> referred, to approve this application.
