In our
conversation you expressed concern over possible interference with the School District's
communications.
As we discussed, the proposed project will not interfere with the School Districts
communications. The School District uses a NES system and operates at 2.4 GHz, 5.7 GHz and
5.8 GHz frequency. Sprint-Nextel operates at 1930 - 1945 MHz. Any interference would be
against the Federal Law and would be a violation Sprint-Nextel's FCC License.
If you need additional information or have questions, please don't hesitate to contact me at 916-
214-7178 or by email at jfaria@completewireless.net.
egards,
a
)illia.n Faria
Complete Wireless Consulting,
Representing Sprint-Nextel
CC: Rick Griffin, San Joaquin County Planning
64f7
www.r..emplele+virE:less.ne!
9300 Tech Center Drive,Suite 190
Sacramento,CA 95826
(916)214-7178 #
(916)290-0477 fax
`c
