The fee is due and payable <br /> at the time of building permit application. The fee currently is $203.06 per daily trip-end generated in <br /> the Manteca area. The Regional Traffic Impact Fee may be required for this development. The fee is due and payable <br /> at the time of building permit application. The project must conform with the appropriate edition of the California Fire Code (currently, the <br /> 2001 edition) and all related standards. <br /> b. Fire department facility fees are to be paid in accordance with the San Joaquin County Ordinance <br /> and Resolution adopting the fee schedule. (Single-family, multi-family, and mobile homes: $.31 <br /> per sq. ft. Industrial/commercial: $.43 per sq. ft.) <br /> c. In order to commence construction beyond the foundation stage or storage of building materials, <br /> requirements for emergency vehicle access and adequate water for fire suppression shall be <br /> provided in accordance with Sections 901.3, 902.2.1, 903.2, and 8704 of the 2001 California Fire <br /> Code. <br /> d. The fire access road shall meet the San Joaquin County Fire Chief's Association Standard. <br /> e. A knox box security key box shall be provided.
