(2) A red light shall be placed at the vertical mid-point of the tower. <br /> (3) The lights shall operate twenty-four hours a day. <br /> (4) The lights shall conform to all lighting standards required by the Federal Aviation Administration. <br /> 2. PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT(Staff Contact. Michael Callahan, 468-3000) <br /> a. An encroachment permit shall be required for work within the road right-of-way. (Development Title <br /> Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> b. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of San Joaquin <br /> County Standard R-17 prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1145.5) <br /> c. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee may be required for this development. The fee is due and payable <br /> at the time of building permit application. The fee currently is $203.06 per daily trip-end generated in <br /> the Manteca area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering <br /> Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. (Resolution 00-433) <br /> d. The Regional Traffic Impact Fee may be required for this development. The fee is due and payable <br /> at the time of building permit application. The fee currently is $750.00 per 1000 gross square feet of <br /> building. The fee is based on the current schedule. (Resolution R-06-38) <br /> e. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to the release of building permits. <br /> NOTE: Any construction activity that results in the disturbance of at least one acre of soil shall require a <br /> State NPDES construction permit. <br /> 3. ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Ted Tasiopoulos, 953-7698) <br /> a. Any geotechnical drilling shall be conducted under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Department. (Development Title Sections 9-1115.3 and 9-1115.6) <br /> 4. LATHROP-MANTECA FIRE DISTRICT (Staff Contact: J. R. Monty, 858-2331) <br /> a. The project must conform with the appropriate edition of the California Fire Code (currently, the <br /> 2001 edition) and all related standards. <br /> b. Fire department facility fees are to be paid in accordance with the San Joaquin County Ordinance <br /> and Resolution adopting the fee schedule. (Single-family, multi-family, and mobile homes: $.31 <br /> per sq. ft. Industrial/commercial: $.43 per sq. ft.) <br /> c. In order to commence construction beyond the foundation stage or storage of building materials, <br /> requirements for emergency vehicle access and adequate water for fire suppression shall be <br /> provided in accordance with Sections 901.3, 902.2.1, 903.2, and 8704 of the 2001 California Fire <br /> Code. <br /> d. The fire access road shall meet the San Joaquin County Fire Chief's Association Standard. <br /> e. A knox box security key box shall be provided.
