Hazelton Ave.
Stockton, CA 95205
Sent via Fax to (209) 468-3163
RE: PA-0600673 (DV)
Dear Mr Jones,
The San Joaquin Farre Bureau strongly opposes the request for a deviation application to reduce
the minimum area in the AL-5 Zone from 5 acres to allow for the subdivision of four parcels.
The designation of AL-5 is a 5-acre minimum— not less than 5 acres. All four of the newly
created lots are substandard. AL-5 should be an absolute minimum and that threshold should not
be crossed_ The landowner can create 3 lots of 6.21 acres and be in compliance with the AL-5
zoning.
Please keep us informed of any further actions and any information that may be provided by staff
concerning this mutter.
Sincerely,
Tom Orvis
Program Director
P.O.BOX 6444 • 3290 NORTH AD ART ROAD • (209)931-4931 - STOCKTON,CALIFORNIA 95208
