CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> UP-88-18 <br /> WILLIAM & MARIA BARRY <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all conditions of approval shall be <br /> complied with prior to the issuance of the Local Health <br /> District ' s Permit to Operate . <br /> 1 . Department of Public Works : <br /> a. An Improvement Plan showing drainage , driveway access <br /> details , on-site parking, and grading shall be submitted <br /> to the Department of Public Works for approval . <br /> b. A five-foot-wide roadway dedication is required on Tokay <br /> Colony Road along the frontage of development . <br /> 2 . Local Health District : <br /> a. An approved backflow prevention device on the water supply <br /> system shall be installed. <br /> b. Three sets of detailed kennel construction plans shall be <br /> submitted to the Health District for review prior to <br /> construction. The Health District has specific require- <br /> ments for kennel construction. <br /> c . Kennels are subject to a yearly permit , environmental <br /> health fee, and inspection by the Health District . <br /> d. A convenient water supply and waste disposal system meeting <br /> the requirements of the Health District shall be available <br /> for washing food preparation equipment , bathing of ani- <br /> mals, and washing down shelters and pens or dog runs . <br /> 3 . Planning Division: <br /> a. The kennel shall be for a maximum of 15 adult dogs. <br /> b. The kennel operation shall not cause odor problems for the <br /> surrounding properties or noise exceeding 65 db Ldn at the <br /> property line . <br /> c. The existing barn shall be modified so that the dogs are <br /> not housed in an area closer than 40 feet from the side <br /> property line . <br /> s . s <br /> NOTE: On April 7 , 1988 , the San Joaquin County Planning <br /> Commission approved UP-88-18 subject to the Conditions of <br /> Approval listed above . <br />
