CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-0600404 <br /> Waddell <br /> Deviation Application No. PA-0600404 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department on April 30, 2007. The effective date of approval is May 10, 2007. This <br /> approval will expire on November 8, 2008, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with and (2) a Parcel Map has been filed <br /> with and accepted by the County Surveyor. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and ordinance requirements shall be fulfilled <br /> prior to approval of the Parcel Map. Those Conditions followed by a Section Number have been <br /> identified as ordinance requirements pertinent to this application. Ordinance requirements cannot be <br /> modified and other ordinance requirements may apply. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Antonio Salcedo [209]468-8597) <br /> a. APPROVED USE: This approval is for a deviation to reduce the minimum lot size in the AL-5 zone <br /> from 5 gross acres to 4.7 gross acres to permit a Minor Subdivision application to subdivide a 9.4 <br /> acre parcel into two 4.7 acre parcels as shown on the Site Plan dated February 28, 2007. <br />
