State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees the sewage disposal system is
being designed for and that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over,
parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used for that specific
purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground utility lines (San Joaquin County
Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)).
NOTE: The site plan submitted has 140-feet leach lines proposed. Building, parking, etc may
have to be altered to meet the Nitrate Loading Study requirements and the San Joaquin
County Sewage Standards.
D. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s) under permit and inspection by the
Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil
Suitability Study(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4).
