Tomahawk Dr., Stockton <br /> Land Use Application # PA-03-502 (SA), Service Request # SR0036771 <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has reviewed the Soil Suitability <br /> Study, dated January 19, 2004, and has determined the following: <br /> The Soil Suitability Study/Nitrate Loading Study has been found incomplete. Please refer to the <br /> attached checklist for items found to be insufficient. An addendum to the Soil Suitability Study <br /> and the Nitrate Loading Study addressing the items found insufficient must be submitted to the <br /> EHD prior to the issuance of building permits. Please be advised that any additional time required <br /> to review the addendum will be billed at a rate of$93.00 per hour. <br /> In order to satisfy the conditions of approval under the EHD jurisdiction for this project, please <br /> submit to the EHD those items noted above.
