r <br /> if <br /> f <br /> E: <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> ,f LA-98-58 <br /> k i Midgley <br /> .s Lot Line Adjustment Application No. LA-98-68 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on October 6, 1998, which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval <br /> E of a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 'k This approval will expire on April 6, 2000, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County Surveyor. <br /> COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: (Staff Contact: Chandler Martin, 468-3144) <br /> a. A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment"shall be recorded prior to conveyance of property through <br /> !j deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be submitted to <br /> the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community Development <br /> �s Department. The legal descriptions shall be stamped and signed by a Registered Civil <br /> �i Engineer,qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8.731 of the Land Surveyor's Act, <br /> or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> ii 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: (Staff Contact: Richard Hieb, 468-3000) <br /> it a. A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are set, a Record of Survey is <br /> r required.
