i. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on the Site <br /> Plan: <br /> (1) Access gates shall be recessed from the property line a minimum of sixty five (65) feet. <br /> (2) Adequate maneuvering and parking areas of automobiles and trucks shall be located on the <br /> site of the truck terminal. <br /> j. COMPLIANCE DATE: Because this development is currently operating without the required <br /> permits, the Site Plans shall be submitted within 60 days from the date of this approval letter. <br /> Enforcement action will be deferred if the Site Plan is submitted within 60 days and the <br /> Conditions of Approval are met within six months from the date of this approval letter. <br /> 2.
