Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. A. Environmental Ilealth Department requires a soil suitability/nitrate loading study incorporating proposed staff and customer use,indicating that the arca is suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to issuance of building permits(San Joaquin County Development Title,Section 9-1105.2(4)). A nitrate loading study is required,and a review fee of$465.00 must be paid at time of'submittal to Environmental Health Department. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice i>r E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. B. State on revised site plans the maximum number proposed employees and customers the sewage disposal system is being designed for and that the leach held area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over,parked on,or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only,and it cannot contain any underground utility lines (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). In addition,the applicant shall demonstrate a 100% designed septic system replacement arca in accordance to the San Joaquin County Sewage Standards. NOTE: It appears that it concrete slab and proposed parking lot are covering over the existing leach field in violation of"San Joaquin County Sewage Standards(Permit# 77-565, dated July 12, 1977).
