Applicant shall submit dimensioned construction documents to the South San Joaquin County Fire <br /> Authority for review and approval prior to any construction. Prior to submittal, applicant shall <br /> ensure the following information is located on the plans: <br /> a. Provide occupancy classification in order to determine which fire protection features are <br /> required to be installed based on 2016 CFC Chapter 9,Fire Protection Systems. Note that <br /> any future reviews for tenant improvements may require upgrades to fire protection systems <br /> based on occupancy; <br /> b. Construction Type; <br /> c. Fire protection systems,if any; <br /> d. Egress Analysis;and <br /> e. List any deferred submittals on the cover sheet <br /> 2. Prior to construction, no combustibles shall be on-site until all weather access roads are installed <br /> and hydrants,if any,are installed and active. <br /> 3. Prior to final inspection,emergency responder radio coverage will be required in accordance with <br /> CFC Section 510. Testing an installation may take place after the building is constructed,but prior <br /> to final approval. <br /> 4. Prior to final inspection,Knox switches and opticom devices shall be placed at all electronic gates <br /> leading into the property.
