Hazelton Avenue <br /> Stockton CA 95205 <br /> RE: Carlton and Lori Hill Truck Parking and Equipment Storage Facility <br /> 28850 South Tracy Boulevard (APN: 253-120-053), PA18-00207 (SA) <br /> Dear Mr. Girardi, <br /> On August 14, 2019, the City of Tracy(City) received an application referral from San Joaquin County <br /> (County)for a truck parking lot and storage facility at 28850 South Tracy Boulevard. The Project is <br /> required to perform the following: <br /> 1) Obtain an encroachment permit from the City and said encroachment permit is required prior to <br /> starting work within the City's right-of-way on Tracy Boulevard. As part of a complete <br /> encroachment permit application, the Developer shall submit the following: <br /> a. Completed encroachment permit application, signed and dated by the permittee or the <br /> permittee's authorized representative. <br /> b. Improvement plans that contains the design, construction details, and specifications of <br /> improvements that will be constructed on Tracy Boulevard. <br /> c. Engineering review fee to pay for engineering services such as plan checking, permit <br /> processing, engineering inspection, and testing (if necessary). The amount will be <br /> determined at the time of submittal of improvement plans. <br /> 2) Although Tracy Boulevard from Linne Road to Tracy Airport is within the City's limits, the 2012 <br /> Citywide Roadway &Transportation Master Plan (TMP) planned this roadway to be a two-lane <br /> County Road. Please provide the required cross-section for this road. <br /> 3) Developer shall construct a City standard commercial driveway. <br /> 4) Per to the City Pavement Management System, the Condition of the Pavement fronting the <br /> property is Category V—Failed to Poor (PCI 0-25). Developer shall pay their fair share or <br /> improve the condition of the pavement from Linne Rd to their property frontage to Category I <br /> (PCI 70-100). <br /> 1of2 <br />
