The loads across Corral Hollow Creek on Tracy Boulevard (if any) shall be restricted to the posted <br /> loads for the bridge. <br /> c. The agencies that maintain and operate the California Aqueduct shall review and approve the <br /> excavation plan. <br /> d. A video tape of road conditions along the haul route, including but not limited to Tracy Boulevard <br /> from the entrance and Linne Road to the City of Tracy limits, is required prior to the start of <br /> excavation. The condition of Tracy Boulevard shall be reviewed with the Department of Public <br /> Works prior to the start of excavation and prior to the beginning of each phase. <br /> e. A bond or cash deposit in the amount acceptable to the Department of Public Works shall be filed <br /> with the Department with a guarantee that if the permittee fails, refuses, or neglects to repair, under <br /> permit, any damages to the haul route, including but not limited to Tracy Boulevard and Linne Road, <br /> which may result from the permittee's operations,the Department of Public Works may do the work <br /> necessary to restore Tracy Boulevard equal to, or better than, its original condition, using the funds <br /> from the bond or cash deposit. <br /> f. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The fee is due and payable <br /> at the time of excavation plan approval. The fee currently is$169.89 per additional daily trip-end in <br /> the Tracy area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering <br /> Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. The number of trip-ends <br /> may be determined by a proportion to the length in time of the excavation operation. (Resolution R- <br /> 96-592) <br /> g. An encroachment permit shall be required for work with the road right-of-way. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1145.4) <br /> 3. No excavation is permitted into the ground water table without specific approval from the Regional <br /> Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region. (California Water Code, Chapter 4, Article 3, <br /> Section 13240) <br /> b. The materials from an excavation shall not be deposited into any water course nor in any way <br /> contribute to the pollution thereof. (California Water Code, Section 13376) <br /> c.
