Gau -2- <br /> COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENTS <br /> QX-99-1 (REVISION) <br /> (c) The final grading plan/drainage provision. <br /> (d) The boundaries and quantities of excavation of each phase and direction of excavation. <br /> (e) The stockpile area for topsoil. <br /> (f) Haul route. <br /> 2. The loads across Corral Hollow Creek on Tracy Boulevard (if any) shall be restricted to the posted <br /> loads for the bridge. <br /> 3. The agencies that maintain and operate the California Aqueduct shall review and approve the <br /> excavation plan. <br /> 4. A video tape of road conditions eft along the haul route, including but not limited to. <br /> Tracy Boulevard from the entrance and Linne Road to the City of Tracy limits is required <br /> prior to the start of excavation. The condition of Tracy Boulevard shall be reviewed with the <br /> Department of Public Works prior to the start of excavation and prior to the beginning of each <br /> phase. <br /> 5. A bond or cash deposit in the amount acceptable to the Department of Public Works shall be <br /> filed with the Department with a guarantee that, if the permittee fails, refuses or neglects to repair, <br /> under permit, any damages to the haul route, including but not limited to. Tracy Boulevard and <br /> Linne Road which may result from the permittee's operations, the Department of Public Works <br /> may do the work necessary to restore Tracy Boulevard equal to, or better than, its original <br /> condition, using the funds from the bond or cash deposit. <br /> 6. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The Fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of excavation plan approval. The Fee currently is $169.89 per additional <br /> daily trip-end in the Tracy area. The Fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the <br /> Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. The number <br /> of trip-ends may be determined by a proportion to the length in time of the excavation operation. <br /> (Resolutions R-90-304, R-91-1025, R-93-167, R-94-179, R-95-650 and R-96-592) <br /> 7.
