• Locations and height of all existing and proposed signs and fences and the
location and dimension of all open and/or enclosed storage and trash receptacles.
At this time a 3-string barbwire fence encloses the site. Once mining
commences, a 10-foot chain link fence will be placed along the property line.
"No Trespassing" signs will be posted at 10 foot intervals around the
perimeter. There are, and will not be, any storage or trash receptacles located
on this site.
• Landscaping and trees 6" or greater in diameter or a note stating that not trees
exist on the property
No trees currently exist on the property.
• Cross Sections.depth to groundwater
The exact location of groundwater is unknown on this site. During exploratory
drilling on both this site, as well as QX-99-1, water was not encountered. In
addition, previously excavated mining operations located approximately 4,000
ft. to the northeast of this site did not encounter groundwater to a depth of 120
ft. Based on these factors, it is not anticipated that groundwater will be
encountered within the proposed 100 ft. excavation depth and therefore was
not indicated on the cross-sections.
