Conditions Quarry Excavation Application No. PA-02-377 was approved by the Planning Commission on The effective date of approval is - This approval will expire on ,which is 18 months from the date of approval, unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been secured and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been secured and remain in force. Unless otherwise specked, all Conditions of Approval and ordinance requirements shall be fulfilled prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance of any building permits. Those Conditions followed by a Section Number have been identified as ordinance requirements pertinent to this application. APPROVAL: This is an approval to remove 3.4 million cubic yards of sand and gravel in four (4) phases over approximately seven (7) years. The approval includes the Rose Property Reclamation Plan dated April 2003. All materials shall be processed on adjacent quarry site QX-89-1. The excavation process shall be completed by December 31, 2009.
