Any impacts to Corps regulated areas on a project site <br /> would be considered a significant adverse impact. <br /> Under Sections 1601-1603 of the California Fish and Game Code,CDFG regulates activities that <br /> divert,obstruct, or alter stream flow,or substantially modify the bed, channel, or bank of a stream <br /> or its riparian vegetation.
