The following is a summary of our review of <br /> the aerial photographs: <br /> Year(s) Aerial Photo Summary <br /> 193771940 , 1957 , The subject property appears to be composed of several agricultural <br /> 1963, 1968 properties. South McKinley Avenue is visible to the adjacent east. Adjacent <br /> properties are all utilized agriculturally (row crops) . The surrounding area is <br /> utilized agriculturally with scattered homesteads. West Harlan Road is <br /> visible in its current location to the west. <br /> By 1957, residential development is visible on the adjacent properties to <br /> the southeast, past South McKinley Road , as well as to the distant east <br /> and southeast. Interstate 5 is visible to the distant west in the 1968 photo . <br /> 1975, 1982 , 1993 The subject property appears similar to the previous photos . Adjacent <br /> properties to the north , east, and west appear similar to the previous <br /> photos. The adjacent property to the south appears to have several large <br /> dirt mounds and items scattered throughout the property and appears to be <br /> part of the current "Granite Construction Company, a mining/construction <br /> facility. Increased residential development is visible on the adjacent <br /> properties to the east and distant east and southeast. <br /> 1998 The subject property appears to be developed with the current commercial <br /> structure on the northwestern portion of the property and a smaller possible <br /> warehouse structure on the western portion of the property. Adjacent <br /> properties to the north , east, and south appear similar to the previous <br /> photos. The adjacent property to the west is developed with the current "T" <br /> shaped commercial structure. Increased residential development is visible <br /> to the distant northeast and southeast. Light industrial development is <br /> visible to the south . Agricultural fields remain in the surrounding area to the <br /> west. <br /> 2005, 2006 , 2009 , The subject property is developed with a single commercial structure on <br /> 2010 , 2012 the northwestern portion of the property, the remainder of the property is <br /> utilized for truck parking . The adjacent property to the north appears to be <br /> utilized for additional truck parking for the subject property. Adjacent <br /> properties to the east, west and south appears similar to the previous <br /> photo. No significant changes are visible in the surrounding area. <br /> A review of historical aerial photographs did not reveal any items of environmental <br /> concern in connection with the subject property. <br /> 3 . 1 . 1 .3 .
