A qualified environine-n1VTrofessional shall prepare a surface and su sxrrf e contamination eport, identifying any potential sour urface or subsurf ntamination caused by past or current land uses. If theeport indicates there is �Pe //,/,contamination; orrective action shall be taken, as recommended in the report and concurred with by Environmental Health prior to recordation of deed or record of survey (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-905.12(a)(c)). Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability/nitrate loading study incorporating proposed staff and indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to recordation of deed or record of survey (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A nitrate loading study is required, and a review fee of$465.00 must be paid at time of submittal to Environmental Health Department. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. ,C The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.4(e)) by repairing sanitary seal. D. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s) under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). E. Construction of individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3). wo- MH:cf �s e ""°
