A qualified environine-n1VTrofessional shall prepare a surface and su sxrrf e contamination <br /> eport, identifying any potential sour urface or subsurf ntamination caused by past <br /> or current land uses. The report shall includ on of non-point source of hazardous <br /> -� "lmaterials, including agricultural cal residues, as we otential point sources, such as <br /> /yj�fuel storage tanks, se ems, or chemical storage areas. If theeport indicates there is <br /> �Pe //,/,contamination; orrective action shall be taken, as recommended in the report and concurred <br /> with by Environmental Health prior to recordation of deed or record of survey (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-905.12(a)(c)). <br /> Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability/nitrate loading study <br /> incorporating proposed staff and indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. <br /> This must be performed prior to recordation of deed or record of survey (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A nitrate loading study is required, and a review <br /> fee of$465.00 must be paid at time of submittal to Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> ,C The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.4(e)) by repairing <br /> sanitary seal. <br /> D. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section <br /> 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> E.
