A.0 CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS I,,/ Our office concludes that the proposed project will not cause a build up of nitrates above 10 mg/L-N in the ground water on the Site.Although parcel 4 is 0.1 ma/L over the MCL for nitrate, based on the low levels of nitrate on the site as a whole we do not foresee build up of nitrate in the ground water. Our client has retained NOA to design engineered- tk sy_slems for Parcels 1 . through 5 because of slow percolation rates.
