(A S706.00 fee currently is required for processing per Development Title Table 9-240.2 in <br /> addition to a copy of the Grant Deed and a legal description of the parcel to be offered for dedication.) <br /> (The fees due will be based on the current fee schedule.) (Development Title Section 9-1150.5) <br /> 4 The Traffic Impact Mitigation Pee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July l of each year by the <br /> Engineering Construction Cost hidex as published by the Engineering News Record. (Resolution R-00-433) <br /> 5. "Elie Regional Transportation Impact Pee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at <br /> the time of building permit application. The fee is based on the current schedule. (Resolution R-06-38) <br /> 6. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 7. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid bVaste Division (468-3066) that this development has met the <br /> requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Dcvelopment Projects. Final Site Plan is required upon submittal <br /> of verification. <br /> 8 The developer shall provide drainage facilities and meet the requirements of San Joaquin County <br /> Development Standards to prevent the: increased runoff release rate of storm water from discharging onto <br /> other properties and to prevent offsite sediment transport. Retention basins shall be fenced with six (6) foot <br /> high chain link fence or equal when the maximum design depth is 18 inches or more. Required retention basin <br /> capacity shall be calculated by a registered civil engineer-, licensed contractor or licensed architect prior to <br /> release of Building Permit.
