CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> DE LA TORRE/MONTE K. SEIBEL <br /> PA-1200110 <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-1200110 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on July 31, 2012, which is the effective date of approval. This <br /> approval will expire on January 30, 2014, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has been filed, if <br /> required by the Land Surveyor's Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Contact Staff: Rick Griffin, [209]468-3154) <br /> a. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment between two parcels as shown on the site <br /> plan dated June 15, 2012. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment'shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant properties <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> c. LOT SIZE: Parcel 1 shall be a minimum of two acres in size and Parcel 2 shall be a minimum of forty <br /> acres in size(Development Title Section 9-872.2([d]). <br /> 2.
