y <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-97-1 <br /> Colbum, Wilbur <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. LA-97-1 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department on January 23, 1997, which Is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be compiled with prior to approval of <br /> a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on July 25, 1998, which Is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless'a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County Surveyor. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: (Contact: Harry Islas, 468-3155) <br /> a A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment' shall be recorded prior to conveyance of property <br /> through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be <br /> submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review and Forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The descriptions shall be stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: (Contact: Richard Hieb, 468-3000) <br /> a A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are set, a Record of Survey is required. <br /> A new legal description shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> b. The new legal description must reflect correct distances with qualifiers to avoid overlaps <br /> or gaps. <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division(Development Title Section 9-1115.4(e)). Agricultural discharge pipes utilizing an <br /> air gap for backflow prevention shall maintain an air gap equal to the size of the <br /> discharge pipe, but not less than six inches. The discharge pipe shall also have two 1/4- <br /> inch slits extending six inches from the bottom of the pipe and opposite each other, or <br /> a backflow device approved by San Joaquin County must be installed. <br />
