Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2 (d) of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be <br /> performed prior to issuance of a building permit(s). A review fee of$178.00 is required at <br /> time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$89.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> IfJw B. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to issuance of building permit(s). Samples are to be taken and <br /> analyzed by a State-approved laboratory (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1115.7). <br /> C. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the <br /> findings of the Soil Suitability Study (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> D. Environmental Health Department requires construction of individual domestic water well <br /> under permit and inspection at the time of deveRM <br /> unty Development <br /> Title, Section 9-1115.3). <br />
