Hirsch, VP of Land Management of American Tower*, owner of the tower facility <br /> located at the address identified above (the "Tower Facility"), do hereby authorize METROPCS <br /> CALIFORNIA L.L.C., its successors and assigns, ("METRO")and/or its agent, to act as American <br /> Tower's non-exclusive agent for the sole purpose of filing and consummating any land-use or <br /> building permit application(s) necessary to obtain approval of the applicable jurisdiction for <br /> METRO's installation of its antennas and related telecommunications equipment on the existing <br /> tower and Tower Facility. This installation shall not affect adjoining lands and will occur only <br /> within the area leased by American Tower. <br /> We understand that this application may be denied, modified or approved with conditions.
