APN: 091-030-14 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood <br /> Hazard Area. <br /> Tully Road has an existing right-of-way width of 40 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 50 feet. <br /> Baker Road has an existing right-of-way width of 40 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 50 feet. <br /> The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when parcels are developed.
