Tully Road <br /> Linden, California <br /> Gentlemen: <br /> The following is a brief letter report of the soil suitability study for the subject project. <br /> I. PROPERTY DESCRIPTION <br /> The property covered by the subject application comprises approximately one hundred sixty <br /> (160) acres located at 6255 N. Tully Road in Linden, California. The site is located within <br /> portions of Sections 7 and 8,`Township 2"North,Range S Past, Mount Diablo Base and <br /> Meridian. This property and the surrounding areas are zoned AG-40 (agricultural). The <br /> topography of the site is flat with a slight slope to the southwest. There are no significant <br /> waterways or drainage channels crossing the property. <br /> II. PURPOSE OF APPLICATION <br /> The parcel is an approximate 160-acre square parcel with a small house located on the <br /> ROBERT W. SIEGFRIEO southeast portion of the property. It is planned to subdivide the parcel into four (4) 40-acre <br /> founder parcels. No changes in the land use are proposed at this time.
