Tully Road in Linden, California. The site is located within <br /> portions of Sections 7 and 8, Township 2 North, Range 8 East, Mount Diablo Base and <br /> Meridian.. This property and the surrounding areas are zoned AG-40 (agricultural). The <br /> i topography of the site is flat. There are no significant waterways or drainage channels <br /> crossing the property. <br /> The topographic soils map prepared by the United States Department of Agriculture, Soils <br /> Conservation Service, indicates the site is largely covered by Cogna Loam with smaller areas <br /> covered by Archerdale Clay Loam. The latest San Joaquin County Water Conservation <br /> District Maps reveal that the standing water level of the subject site to be at a depth of <br /> approximately one hundred ten feet (110'). This relates to a groundwater elevation of <br /> approximately negative thirty-five feet (-35'). <br /> Attached is a copy of percolation tests performed on August 6, 2001, by Siegfried <br /> Engineering, Inc., Consulting Civil Engineers. The observed percolation rates for the four (4) <br /> test holes were 3.25 minutes per inch, 4.34 minutes per inch, 3.60 minutes per inch, and 4.39 <br /> minutes per inch, respectively. <br /> ROBERT W. SIEGERIED Enclosed is a copy of a water analysis performed August 22, 2001, on an existing domestic <br /> founder well located on the subject property.
