Frontage improvement for the easterly 330 feet of Turner Road consisting of a 4-foot shoulder and 6-feet of <br /> asphalt shall be constructed in conformance with the standards for one-half of a eighty four(84)-foot right-6f- <br /> way Rural Arterial Road. Construction of the frontage improvements will be deferred upon execution by the <br /> owner of a `Secured Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement' with a deposit equivalent to their <br /> estimated construction costs prior to approval of the Improvement Plan. (A $740.00 fee currently is required for <br /> processing per Development Title Table 9-240.2 in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed and an estimate for the <br /> required frontage improvements. The estimate shall be prepared by a registered civil engineer with a typical <br /> section drawing on a form to be supplied by the Department of Public Works for approval. As an option, the <br /> Department of Public Works will prepare the drawing and estimate for an additional fee of$315.00.) (The fee <br /> due will be based on the current fee schedule.)(Development Title Section 9-1150.2) <br /> 5. Provide pavement striping legend arrows and pole mounted signage for one-way ingress and egress at Turner <br /> Road frontage. <br /> 6. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the time <br /> of building permit application. The fee currently is$200.57 per additional daily trip-end generated in the Lodi <br /> area. (The fee shall be automatically adjusted July l of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as <br /> published by the Engineering News Record.) (Resolutions 007433) <br /> 7. The Regional Traffic Impact Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the time <br /> of building permit application. The fee currently is$1,310.00 per 1000 gross square foot of building designated <br /> as retail. The fee is based on the current schedule. (Resolution R-06-38) <br /> ` <br /> S. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 9. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066)that this development has met the <br /> requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects.
