Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. An application for Waste Discharge Requirements must be submitted to the Central Valley j <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board prior to development (California Water Code, Article <br /> 5, Section 13284). <br /> /Bf A soil suitability/nitrate loading study incorporating proposed staff and customer use shall be <br /> /�� submitted to the Environmental Health Department, indicating that the area is suitable for <br /> septic system usage. The studies must be approved by the Environmental Health ' <br /> Department prior to issuance of building permit(s). (San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of$490 must be paid at time of submittal to the <br /> Environmental Health Department. I <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San ; <br /> Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the i <br /> manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment <br /> and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$98 per percolation hole is <br /> required. # <br /> "The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical D i b romochloro propane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates with the results submitted to the Environmental Health Department prior <br /> to issuance of building permit(s). Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State- <br /> approved laboratory (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.7). <br /> Note: Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per <br /> year, or the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a <br /> public water system will be required by the Environmental Health Department (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.). <br />
