Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. A. An application for Waste Discharge Requirements must be submitted to the Central Valley j Regional Water Quality Control Board prior to development (California Water Code, Article 5, Section 13284). /Bf A soil suitability/nitrate loading study incorporating proposed staff and customer use shall be /�� submitted to the Environmental Health Department, indicating that the area is suitable for septic system usage. The studies must be approved by the Environmental Health ' Department prior to issuance of building permit(s). (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of$490 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. I The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San ; Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the i manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$98 per percolation hole is required. # "The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical D i b romochloro propane (DBCP) and nitrates with the results submitted to the Environmental Health Department prior to issuance of building permit(s). Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State- approved laboratory (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.7). Note: Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system will be required by the Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.).
