14 <br /> d. Submit to Environmental Health revised site plans showing the maximum number of employees <br /> and customers the sewage disposal system is being designed for. In addition, show on revised <br /> plans that the leach field area will be barricaded so that it cannot be driven over, parked on, or <br /> used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it <br /> cannot contain any underground utility lines{Development Title Section 9-1110.4[c][5]). In <br /> addition, the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100 percent designed sewage disposal <br /> replacement area. <br /> e. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system under permit and inspection by <br /> Environmental Health is required at the time of development based on the Soil Suitability/Nitrate <br /> Loading Study findings (Development Title Sections 9-1110.3 and 9-1110.4). <br /> f. If hazardous materials are stored on the site, the applicant must register with the San Joaquin <br /> County Office of Emergency Services. <br /> g. if any quantity of hazardous waste is generated, a hazardous waste generator permit must be <br /> obtained from Environmental Health.
