(Development Title Section 9-1075.8[i]) (2) A minimum of 10 parking spaces shall be provided for Phase 1 and 8 parking spaces for Phase 2, including 1 accessible space which shall be van accessible. No spillover beyond the property. lines shall be permitted except,onto public thoroughfares, provided, however, that such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: (1) A minimum ten (10) foot wide landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate right-of-way width of Turner Road, shall be installed across the frontage of the project site. (Development Title Section 9-1020.7) (2) All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways, walkways, approved outdoor storage areas, or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. (Development Title Section 9- 1020.7) (3) The parking area shall be landscaped as specified in Section 9-1020.5 of the Development Title. The parking area shall be provided with a minimum of five percent (5%) of landscaping within the perimeter of the parking area, not including landscaping along the street frontage. Seven (7) trees shall be planted, evenly spaced throughout the parking lot. j. SIGNS: Sign details shall be consistent with Chapter 9-1710 of the Development Title and be included on the Site Plan.
