Other <br /> requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. <br /> A. Submit a waste discharge report from the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control <br /> Board or written approval from an appropriate public entity for disposal of wastewater <br /> generated from the proposed winery prior to development (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1125.5). <br /> B. An addendum to soil suitability study dated August 26, 2008 incorporating proposed staff <br /> and customer use shall be submitted to the Environmental Health Department, indicating <br /> that the area is suitable for septic system usage. The studies must be approved by the <br /> Environmental Health Department prior to issuance of building permit's). (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). The fee will be based on the current <br /> schedule at the time of payment. <br /> The sewage disposai system shall comply with the onsite wastevr-'ater treatment systems <br /> standards of San Joaquin County prior to approvai. A percolation test conducted in <br /> accordance with the E.P.A. Design Manual - Onsite Wastewater and Disposal Systems is <br /> required for each parcel. The fee will be based on the current schedule at the time of <br /> payment. <br /> Note: This condition was required in previous Environmental Health Department letter <br /> dated September 8, 2010 in response to the 2010 revision of the project, which added 30 <br /> marketing events from per year to from May to November, and attendance of 200 people <br /> per event. The August 26, 2008 Soil Suitability/ Nitrate Loading Study prepared by Neil <br /> O. Anderson &Associates used 50 people per event for the Hantsche and Frennemore <br /> method for nitrate loading calculation. <br /> C.
