Submit to the Environmental Health Department revised site plans showing the maximum <br /> number of employees and customers the sewage disposal system is being designed for. In <br /> addition, show on revised plans that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be <br /> driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used for <br /> that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground utility lines (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). In addition, the revised site plan shall <br /> incorporate the 100 percent designed sewage disposal replacement area. <br /> E. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> g Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> o z�d Suitability/ Nitrate Loading Study findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section <br /> 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> F. If hazardous material(s) is stored on site, applicant must register with San Joaquin County <br /> Office of Emergency Services. <br /> G. If any quantity of hazardous waste is generated, a hazardous waste generator permit must <br /> be obtained from the EHD.
