An encroachment permit shall be required for work within the road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.4) <br /> b. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of San <br /> Joaquin County Standard R-17 prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> C. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The fee is due <br /> and payable at the time of building permit application. The fee currently is 5148.02 per <br /> additional daily trip-end generated in the Lodi area. The fee shall be automatically <br /> adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by <br /> the Engineering News Record. A credit may be allowed if it can be verified that a <br /> business was in operation on the site since April 23, 1990. (Resolutions R-90-304, R-91- <br /> 1025, R-93-167, R-94-179, R-95-650, and R-96-592) <br /> d. A copy of the Improvement Plan shall be submitted prior to release of the building <br /> permits. <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: (Staff Contact: Greg Oliveira, 468-0341) <br /> a. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development (Development <br /> Title Sections 9-1110.3 and 9-1110.4), or provide evidence to this Department that the <br /> existing office septic system meets Environmental Health Division capacity and <br /> construction standards for this use. <br /> 4. WOODBRIDGE FIRE DISTRICT: (Staff Contact: Michael Kirkle, 369-1945) <br /> a. Fire flow will be provided for proposed buildings by the use of a static water supply <br /> (NFPA 1231 of the National Fire Code and San Joaquin County Fire Chiefs Standards). <br /> The location and placement shall be as directed by the Woodbridge Fire District. <br /> b. Fire department access roads shall be in accordance with Section 902.2 of the California <br /> Fire Code and the standards adopted by the San Joaquin County Fire Chiefs <br /> Association. Inspection of the access roads shall be completed by the Woodbridge Fire <br /> District. <br /> C. Fire department access to buildings shall be in accordance with Section 902.4 of the <br /> Uniform Fire Code. Key box and access system information shall be as provided by the <br /> Woodbridge Fire District. The location of the key box and/or access system shall be <br /> under the direction of the Woodbridge Fire District. <br /> d. Fire extinguishers shall be installed in accordance with the California Fire Code, Volume <br /> 2, Standard 10-1. <br /> e. Fire permits may be required prior to occupancy if operations hazardous to life or <br /> property are conducted.
