The fee is due <br /> and payable at the time of building permit application. The fee currently is 5148.02 per <br /> additional daily trip-end generated in the Lodi area. The fee shall be automatically <br /> adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by <br /> the Engineering News Record. Fire flow will be provided for proposed buildings by the use of a static water supply <br /> (NFPA 1231 of the National Fire Code and San Joaquin County Fire Chiefs Standards). <br /> The location and placement shall be as directed by the Woodbridge Fire District. <br /> b. Fire department access roads shall be in accordance with Section 902.2 of the California <br /> Fire Code and the standards adopted by the San Joaquin County Fire Chiefs <br /> Association. Inspection of the access roads shall be completed by the Woodbridge Fire <br /> District. <br /> C. Fire department access to buildings shall be in accordance with Section 902.4 of the <br /> Uniform Fire Code. Key box and access system information shall be as provided by the <br /> Woodbridge Fire District. The location of the key box and/or access system shall be <br /> under the direction of the Woodbridge Fire District. <br /> d. Fire extinguishers shall be installed in accordance with the California Fire Code, Volume <br /> 2, Standard 10-1. <br /> e. Fire permits may be required prior to occupancy if operations hazardous to life or <br /> property are conducted.
