An encroachment permit shall be required for work within the road right-of-way. (Development Title Section 9-1145.4) b. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of San Joaquin County Standard R-17 prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) C. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. The fee currently is 5148.02 per additional daily trip-end generated in the Lodi area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. A credit may be allowed if it can be verified that a business was in operation on the site since April 23, 1990. (Resolutions R-90-304, R-91- 1025, R-93-167, R-94-179, R-95-650, and R-96-592) d. A copy of the Improvement Plan shall be submitted prior to release of the building permits. 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: (Staff Contact: Greg Oliveira, 468-0341) a. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development (Development Title Sections 9-1110.3 and 9-1110.4), or provide evidence to this Department that the existing office septic system meets Environmental Health Division capacity and construction standards for this use. 4. WOODBRIDGE FIRE DISTRICT: (Staff Contact: Michael Kirkle, 369-1945) a. Fire flow will be provided for proposed buildings by the use of a static water supply (NFPA 1231 of the National Fire Code and San Joaquin County Fire Chiefs Standards). The location and placement shall be as directed by the Woodbridge Fire District. b. Fire department access roads shall be in accordance with Section 902.2 of the California Fire Code and the standards adopted by the San Joaquin County Fire Chiefs Association. Inspection of the access roads shall be completed by the Woodbridge Fire District. C. Fire department access to buildings shall be in accordance with Section 902.4 of the Uniform Fire Code. Key box and access system information shall be as provided by the Woodbridge Fire District. The location of the key box and/or access system shall be under the direction of the Woodbridge Fire District. d. Fire extinguishers shall be installed in accordance with the California Fire Code, Volume 2, Standard 10-1. e.
