We currently are not including <br /> the`rastbtg Room in our use Permit and will not look to imple;nent it until 1999 or <br /> 2000, Attached is a copy of the letter I sent to Keri Sullivan prior to our securing the <br /> currem Use Permit. In my letter I elected not to do the Tasting Room until we had <br /> Nufficient revenue from wine sales to substantiate the cost of the regttired <br /> jmprovezinet?ts iaecessary to expand and include the Public Tasting Poona in our <br /> permit. The Winery building will be run by myself as owner operator and will not <br /> cmpluy any enipluyees. The building being used is strictly a modification of <br /> existing:space and does not include a restroom.
