USE PERMIT PRE-APPLICATION NO. PA-0200244 (UP) OF <br /> CM FLAG CITY,L.P. (C/O RON STUPIāOPM, LLC). A Pre-application <br /> for a truck stop including,gasoline and diesel sales, truck repair& <br /> maintenance services, food services, convenience/retail stores, 24 hour <br /> parking, ancillary services shower, laundry, telecommunications, <br /> entertainment, and truck scale. Located at the southeast quadrant of <br /> Interstate 5 (five) and State Route 12 Highway, (Flag City) west of Lodi <br /> (APN: 055-320-50; 6301 W. Mr. Neely also indicated <br /> that he would need to review a set of plans, and that the applicants will need to go through the <br /> plan check procedure. <br /> Mr. Neely informed the applicants of the Traffic Study, and that the abandonment of a portion of <br /> Banner Street is dependent on the results of the Traffic Study. <br /> San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District letter dated July 3, 2002 was discuss. <br /> Mr. Borges reviewed the Environmental Health Departments requirements. <br /> 10:30 a.m. 3. USE PERMIT APPLICATION NO. PA-0200158 (UP) OF <br /> CM S.J. COUNTY HOSPITAL (C/O S.J. COUNTY HOUSING <br /> AUTHORITY). A Use Permit application to construct general relief <br /> housing in two phases. Phase 1 will consist of 72 single-room occupant <br /> units. Phase 2 will consist of 192 single-room occupant units. Located on <br /> the northwest comer of State Route 5 and Mathews Road, French Camp. <br /> (APN: 193-050-08; 7000 S.
