All portions of any sign shall be set back a <br /> minimum of five (5) feet from any future right-of-way line, including any corner cut- <br /> off(snipe). (Development Title Section 9-1710.2[g]) <br /> k. UNIFORM FIRE CODE: The following Uniform Fire Code and San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the <br /> construction plans before submittal to the Community Development Department for <br /> a building permit. <br /> (1) Fire flow and hydrants will be provided for the proposed project by the use of <br /> the following: <br /> (a) Appendix III-A and III-B of the California Fire Code. <br /> (b) NFPA 1231 of the National Fire Code. <br /> (2) Fire department access roads shall be in accordance with section 902.2 of the <br /> California Fire Code and the standard adopted by the San Joaquin County Fire <br /> Chiefs Association. <br /> (3) Key Boxes: A Knox box shall be installed according to the local fire <br /> department's instructions. <br /> (4) Fire extinguishers shall be installed in accordance with California Fire Code, <br /> Standard 10-1 of Volume 2. <br /> (5) Fire permits may be required prior to occupancy to conduct operations <br /> hazardous to life or property C.F.C. 105.2.1. <br /> (6) Mechanical refrigeration systems shall comply with all applicable codes <br /> (ammonia, etc.). <br /> I. UNIFORM BUILDING CODE: The following Uniform Building Code and San <br /> Joaquin County Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be <br /> incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to the Building Inspection <br /> Division: <br /> (1) Provide parking for the physically disabled. The spaces shall be located as <br /> close as possible to the primary entrance (C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> (2) Provide identification signs for the parking spaces including the "tow away" <br /> sign at each entrance or visible from each space (C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> (3) The slope of a parking space shall not exceed %4 inch per foot (C.C.R., Title <br /> 24). <br /> (4) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements (C.C.R., <br /> Title 24) Uniform Plumbing Code, Table 4-1. <br />
