The business will have 30 days to complete <br /> the BM1\4P once a hazardous material arrives on site. <br /> If the winery intends to use an extremely hazardous substance (chlorine, ammonia, etc.) at or <br /> above threshold quantities, then a Risk Management Plan will be required before operations begin. <br /> Please contact me at(209)468-3969 if you have any questions. <br /> DF/djt <br />
